Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all production equipment operates safely and reliably. You will drive continuous improvements, support new installations, and help implement production strategies for plant reliability.

The role requires expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics and PLCs, with strong problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Excellent safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electrical systems including 480 VAC and power distribution.
• Troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of electrical components.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Ability to design/fabricate with sheet and structural metals.
• Operate machine tools and forklifts.
• Strong teamwork and safety orientation.
• Knowledge of PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment and operations to meet regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and related systems.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and accurate log entries.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Promote safety and proper PPE usage.
