Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe inspection, repair, installation and maintenance of all plant equipment for reliable operations.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, follow safety policies, and collaborate with production, electrical, and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or millwright work.
• Experience in cement, aggregates, mining or heavy manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Fabricate, weld and assemble components as needed.
• Install, align and move equipment per specifications.
• Operate forklifts and mobile equipment safely.
• Document maintenance activities and report findings.
• Collaborate with production, electrical and operations teams.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement.
