Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support maintenance management and upkeep of the community. You will help ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living environments for residents and families.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs, and handling exterior tasks such as irrigation, vegetation, roofing, and hardscape work. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One-year certificate from college/technical school or six months related experience or training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs as directed.
• Perform exterior tasks including irrigation, vegetation, pool maintenance, hardscape, and roofing.
