Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the general maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. The role focuses on safe, clean, and comfortable operations, responding to resident requests and executing repairs as directed.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and various structural tasks, plus exterior work like irrigation and roofing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate from college or technical school (1 year) or 6 months related experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance.
• Follow directions to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs.
• Work on exterior tasks including irrigation, vegetation, pool maintenance, hardscape surfaces, and roofing.
