Job summary

You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs; respond to resident requests; and perform exterior maintenance like irrigation and roofing when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school or six months related experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and family requests for maintenance assistance.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs as directed.
• Work on exterior tasks including irrigation, vegetation, pool maintenance, hardscape, and roofing.
