Capital Vacations in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and guest assistance to ensure a welcoming environment.

You will handle tasks from painting and plumbing to electrical work, read work orders, and notify management of issues. The position offers a schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour, with a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Performs preventive maintenance (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Maintains daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping).
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of facilities.
• Notifies manager of issues.
• Assists guests when needed and handles other duties as requested.
