Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our resort facilities. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in general facility maintenance and ability to use power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Perform general repairs needed, such as painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Good driving record clear of significant violations
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and ability to use them
• Ability to multi‑task and handle all maintenance issues
