Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle daily upkeep, and respond to maintenance requests to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and experience in resort maintenance or related trades. Join a team focused on reliability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record without major violations.
• Knowledge of the timeshare/resort maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive maintenance programs (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Perform daily upkeep (painting, plumbing, electrical, moving furniture, drywall, landscaping).
• Complete maintenance calls and site upkeep for Sales and Welcome Centers.
• Notify manager of issues and assist guests when needed.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances


• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up


• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center


• Notifies manager of any issues


• Assists guests when needed


• Completes all other duties as requested
