Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on residential homes, facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and supports multiple sites within the organization.

You will use CMMS (Axxerion) to receive, document, and close work orders, track labor and parts, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and maintain accurate asset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance (where required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Use CMMS (Axxerion) to receive, prioritize, and complete work orders; document labor, parts, notes, photos, and completion codes.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks from CMMS schedules and complete checklists and observations.
• Maintain asset accuracy by tagging equipment and updating locations, serials, warranty info, and conditions in the CMMS.
• Manage parts usage and inventory updates through the CMMS; request replenishment when minimums are reached.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage on a rotating or assigned basis.
• Coordinate work orders with Home Managers and staff supervisors to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
