Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across residential homes and facilities. The role ensures safe, efficient operation by applying carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills under the Maintenance Manager’s direction.

The position involves coordinating with Home Managers and staff, maintaining CMMS records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance experience (residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in CPR, first aid training and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Maintain CMMS data quality: update work orders, labor, parts, and completion codes.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and installations of structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC elements.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and provide timely solutions.
• Assist with safety compliance, inspections, and records.
• Support fleet operations and inventory management.
