Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Beachwood, OH. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect units, and respond to resident needs to keep our properties safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained.

Qualifications include 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or formal technical training, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical trade schooling acceptable.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or completion of technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel weekends/overnight.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect units at move-in/out and document conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties as scheduled.
• Maintain the property, including grounds, common areas, and equipment.
• Keep records in the work order system and communicate with the Service Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage safety procedures.
