• Valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and make quality repairs the first time.
