GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain multifamily properties in Maryland. You will respond to resident needs, perform make-ready tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards across units.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-site presence, and timely completion of preventive maintenance, with opportunities for certification and advancement within a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience OR completion of technical trade school.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO or CAMT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete full make-ready process and prepare units within 5 business days.
• Perform general repair and maintenance; respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect units at move-in/out and document issues; coordinate with Service Manager.
• Maintain OSHA/MSDS records; keep tools and work areas organized.
