Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade schooling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Own basic maintenance tools.
• EPA Certification required.
• Weekend work and occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help manage expenses by following inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Get approval for overtime at least 24 hours in advance (except emergencies).
• Inspect units at move-in/out and document security deposit deductions.
• Report billable service charges and lease violation fees.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Communicate daily with the Service Manager and provide updates.
• Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time.
• Follow safety practices and attend required trainings.
• Keep the office neat and adhere to company standards.
• Attend meetings and trainings; report to leadership when needed.
• Assist with supervising contractors when required.
