Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Branchwood Towers in Clinton, MD. The role involves skilled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry, with a 1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

You will perform turnover work, make-ready tasks, routine preventive maintenance, and on-call responses while living within 30 minutes of the property. Strong safety awareness and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform all clean out and demo work for turnover to achieve make-ready status.
• Carpentry duties: wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry.
• Paint, drywall patching, and cleaning of common areas.
• Monitor and organize inventory.
• Picks up and delivers supplies; drives company or personal vehicle.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance on-call emergencies as required.
