Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Garden Grove Apartments in Tempe, AZ. The role involves hands-on maintenance across trades, handling service requests, and delivering excellent customer service in a multi-building community.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, customer-focused, and able to work as part of a team, with on-call availability and reliable transportation a must.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C etc. is a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Paint and perform apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.
