Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our vibrant master-planned community facilities clean and safe. You’ll handle everything from general repairs to event setups, and you’ll ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The role requires experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, plus basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook). You’ll need to communicate effectively with managers and residents, follow schedules, and pass a background check,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field, along with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is desired.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook are expected.
• Must pass a background check, a physical, and a drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks.
• Lighting checks, cleaning light lenses, bulb and ballast replacements.
• Maintaining and repairing doors and locks.
• Caulking, prep work, and painting.
• Minor carpentry repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance such as repairing or replacing faucets and fixtures.
• Clean areas around the pool, dumpster, and common areas.
