Our Maintenance Associate performs routine and preventive maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and well‑running within a vibrant master‑planned community in Gilbert, AZ.

The role includes event setups, repairs, and supporting daily operations. We seek self‑motivated individuals with attention to detail, capable of communication with managers and residents,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Able to use ladders and lifts.
• Experience in general maintenance and entry-level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Be self-motivated, observant with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication with managers, residents, and peers; able to follow instructions and schedules.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Must pass a background check, a physical, and a drug screening.
• A pleasant personality and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the facilities and buildings including garbage and waste disposal; performing event/room setups and breakdowns.
• Lighting checks, cleaning light lenses, bulb and ballast replacements.
• Maintaining and repairing doors and locks.
• Caulking, prep work, and painting.
• Minor carpentry, construction, electrical, appliance and furniture repairs.
• Plumbing maintenance such as repairing or replacing faucets and fixtures.
• Maintaining limited access gates, storage closets, doors, and locks.
• Cleaning of areas around the pool, dumpster, and common areas.
