Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years with CNC/manual machines in aerospace.
• Experience with Makino machines preferred.
• Experience with electrical/electronic CNC components.
• 3+ years with Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol controls.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicle.
• Able to work at heights up to 20 feet.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation.
• Detect malfunctions and discuss with supervisors to diagnose or repair.
• Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.
• Install and repair high voltage electrical apparatus and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment.
• Perform facilities maintenance (carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing).
• Comply with safety rules and EH&S regulations.
• Work with EH&S Manager to file environmental paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with all contacts.
• Accept and adapt to change and align with Company Mission.
• Operate job-related equipment with or without accommodations.
• Meet physical demands of the job with or without accommodations.
• Manage used oil, universal waste, and hazardous waste containers.
• Perform hazardous waste inspections and disposal as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
