Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience on CNC machines.
• Minimum 8 years of general maintenance experience required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and repairs machines and equipment in plant and related facilities.
• Performs preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, hydraulic systems, and related equipment.
• Performs maintenance requiring plumbing, carpentry, electrical, electronics, welding, and other skilled trades.
• Completes work orders and paperwork for daily maintenance and repairs.
• Ensures safety compliance and maintains a clean, orderly work area.
• Identifies and replaces defective parts using hand and power tools; tests repaired equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical problems from blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs; operates and tests machinery.
• Record-keeping of maintenance activities and costs; may dismantle devices to access parts.
