Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery, electrical systems, and facilities at the Wichita, KS facility. This role manages hazardous waste and adheres to all safety regulations while coordinating with EH&S.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years with CNC and manual machines, and experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazatrol controls. Willingness to work at heights and in a high-demand environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience working with CNC and manual machines.
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens and Mazatrol controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Willingness to work at heights and in elevated environments.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident; ITAR requirement compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation.
• Detect malfunctions and diagnose issues with supervision.
• Dismantle and install machine parts; repair or replace components.
• Operate machine tools to fabricate parts and fixtures.
• Set up lathe, grinder, drill, and milling operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections; lubrication and fluid changes.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and EH&S compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and document activities.
