Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routinely walks floors and roofs to identify problems and report to supervisors.
• Follows safety precautions while performing work.
• Maintains good working relationships with building staff.
• Paints common areas and performs touch-ups as needed; inspects areas for painting needs.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintains assigned equipment in good condition.
• Performs light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, flooring repairs as required.
• Follows safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operates and learns new equipment with safety in mind.
