Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in building trades, repair, or maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk floors and inspect for issues; report to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with building staff; maintain relationships.
• Paint common areas and advise on repairs.
• Complete daily work orders and maintain equipment.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks.
• Operate safely and follow permits where required.
