Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician who will perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on residential homes, facilities, and equipment. The role uses Axxerion for work orders, records, and compliance, with duties spanning PM tasks, repairs, and project coordination.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of general maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of general maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and building codes.
• CPR and first aid certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and close work orders in Axxerion; track labor and parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance per CMMS schedules and record readings.
• Repair/build counters, cabinets, and other structural elements; perform basic plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage as assigned.
• Coordinate work orders with Home Managers to minimize disruption.
• Ensure work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory of parts.
• Assist with inspections by state agencies/regulators.
