Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Raven in Charlotte, NC. You will perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and amenities, handle work orders within 24–48 hours, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Entrata/Yardi or OneSite. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience (preferred).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and maintain property standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, including punch lists and scheduling vendors.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
