Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Orlando, FL to keep the property grounds, amenities, and units in top condition. You will handle work orders, make-readies, and routine repairs with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred, and a valid driver’s license. EPA refrigerant certifications and property software experience (Entrata/Yardi, One Site) are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred: 1–3 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA Certifications Type I & II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep interior/exterior areas clean, safe and functional.
• Complete service requests within 24–48 hours and handle make-ready tasks.
• Inspect and verify work by contractors; report quality issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory, track usage and re-order supplies as required.
• Follow safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings.
