Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Complete work orders generated from resident requests within 24-48 hours.
• Assist in property inspections and communicate physical needs to management.
