Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform building and grounds maintenance, respond to work orders, and ensure property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role supports make‑ready tasks for vacant units and collaborates with vendors while maintaining documentation and inventory.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata Yardi and One Site).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Completes the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Fixes parts when possible to support cost control and reduce waste.
• Maintains inventory and reports re‑ordering needs to supervisor.
• Documents service activities accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Inspects work by contractors to verify quality and compliance.
• Follows safety policies and participates in safety trainings and meetings.
• Interacts with residents professionally to address concerns and requests.
• Supports routine property inspections and reports maintenance needs to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
