Job summary

Refresco is hiring a maintenance-focused professional to ensure safe, compliant operation in a fast-paced beverage production environment. The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs, food safety standards, and efficient equipment maintenance across multiple systems.

You will read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and understand machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Good decision making and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and safety standards (e.g., SQF).
• Report issues with FSMS to initiate corrective actions.
• Perform and complete preventive maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain all production supporting equipment (glycol, RO, air systems, lubrication, distribution).
• Use innovative thinking to minimize downtime and ensure food safety and quality.
• Document and obtain final approvals on work orders and track parts for inventory.
