Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold GMPs and food safety in a fast-paced production environment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, forklift certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production support equipment and record parts used.
• Communicate maintenance info across shifts and train others.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
