Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete repair maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machinery for malfunctions.
• Communicate maintenance information across shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.

Skills

Knowledge of GMPs

Understanding of Food Safety Requirements

Good decision making/problem solving skills

Ability to read machinery blueprints

Must obtain forklift certification
