Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks an experienced maintenance professional to uphold equipment reliability in our California facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, and coordinate repairs with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Four (4) plus years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Investigate breakdowns and line stoppages with root-cause analysis.
• Serve as initial responder when lines stop producing and coordinate mechanical support.
• Prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime and complete CMMS paperwork.
• Repair or maintain operating condition of machinery, including inspection and replacement as needed.
• Test machinery operation after repairs to verify effectiveness.
• Analyze test results and machine messages to diagnose issues.
• Ensure conformance with safety and quality standards.
• Support food safety and quality programs and compliance.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
