Job summary

Refresco seeks a maintenance technician to uphold GMP standards, perform preventive maintenance, and support production lines in a fast-paced beverage environment. You will coordinate with electricians and mechanics, manage parts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience in food/beverage settings, a high school diploma, and a certification such as Electrician or Millwright.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrician or Millwright certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years production/line maintenance experience required.
• Line maintenance in a food and beverage environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, health and safety policies, and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform complex preventive maintenance and upgrades for equipment.
• Assist with scheduling maintenance personnel to cover production needs.
• Coordinate parts with the Parts Coordinator and support maintenance team.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and share best practices.
