Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support a fast-paced beverage production facility in the United States. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot a variety of systems, and ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, working without supervision, and earning forklift certification. You will collaborate with production teams, train others, and help minimize downtime while

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Be able to read blueprints and parts manuals.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to analyze data and identify trends.
• Adaptable to variable business demands.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain and repair production equipment (maintenance, line changeovers).
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical/hydraulic/mechanical/pneumatic).
• Perform maintenance on glycol, RO, air, lubrication, and chemical systems.
• Document and obtain approvals on work orders; track parts for inventory.
• Communicate maintenance status across shifts; train others as needed.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
