Refresco in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of our high-speed production lines. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support continuous improvements in a fast-paced beverage facility.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years previous maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Perform preventive maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production supporting equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemical systems).
• Communicate maintenance information between shifts.
• Train other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to drive improvement.
