Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous, safe operations in our NC production facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot diverse equipment, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining glycol and RO systems, recording approvals, and cross-shift communication. The role requires reading blueprints, forklift certification, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to solving problems.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, food safety, and PPE policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production supporting equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemical systems).
• Record work orders with part numbers for inventory.
• Communicate maintenance and production updates across shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
