Job summary

Asset Living in Reno is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's upkeep, handling corrective and preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, and safety compliance under supervision.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain logs and inventory, and assist in daily operations while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines. On-call and weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance.
• Make-ready tasks to meet property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and logs; ensure safety standards.
