Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV to keep apartments in excellent condition and support the Property Manager daily. The role includes supervising maintenance staff and delivering excellent customer service.

Starting pay is competitive at $23 per hour, with benefits like health insurance and PTO. The position requires 40+ hours weekly and availability for on-call emergencies 24/7, plus HVAC/EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management is required.
• HVAC and EPA certification are required.
• On-call emergencies 24/7 availability is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise make-ready technicians, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain the visual appeal and operational integrity of grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
