Job summary

Towne Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Indian Creek Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires 1+ years in multi-family maintenance, HVAC experience, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

You will service lighting and grounds, handle turnovers, and respond to emergencies, with on-call rotation and overtime as needed. We offer benefits including mileage and boot reimbursements, a generous 401(k) match, health/dental/vision, and training

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• HVAC experience.
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents.
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents.
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results.
• Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call.
