Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Rivers at Bluegrass in Lexington, KY. This on-site role is 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call hours as needed. Pay rate ranges from $25–$27 per hour, plus commissions and incentives.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in multifamily maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting and groundskeeping. Valid driver’s license and tools required; background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care and groundskeeping tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents and completing work orders quickly with high quality.
• Address emergencies as they arise or while on-call.
