Towne Properties is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to service multiple apartment communities in the Dayton, OH area. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and HVAC work, handle turnovers, and address emergencies while on call.

A valid driver’s license and basic hand tools are required; you will travel between communities, sometimes daily. We value hands-on problem solvers, strong customer service, and a commitment to quality work.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• HVAC experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

• Handle apartment turnovers and prep homes for new residents.
• Address emergencies on-call and service multiple communities daily.
