Towne Properties in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day upkeep of Post Woods Apartments. You will supervise a maintenance team, respond to work orders, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-family maintenance, pool operator certification, strong problem-solving, and leadership abilities. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; on-call hours apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential or multi-family settings.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• HVAC experience and Pool Operator Certification required.
• Experience using work order software for tracking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, swimming pool equipment, grounds, appliances, locks, carpentry, glazing, roofing, and concrete.
• Inspect property and equipment to assess service needs and maintenance scope.
• Manage inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete work orders from residents and maintain a clean, presentable community.
• Ensure turnover units meet maintenance standards and maintain safety equipment.
