Job summary

Towne Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Northtowne Apartments. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with on-call rotation, and pays $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience.

You will maintain safe, welcoming communities by performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, lighting, and grounds tasks. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in multi-family maintenance, a valid driver's license, basic tools, and a goal-ready attitude to deliver

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• Experience with apartment turnovers and servicing.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers and prepare homes for new residents.
• Complete work orders quickly with high-quality results.
• Address emergencies as they arise or while on-call.
