Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to service Fountain Parc and other Indianapolis communities. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, handle turnovers, and address emergencies with a focus on safety and quality.

With 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA certifications, and a customer‑friendly approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, resident‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• Experienced Turnover Technician – apartment turns and servicing.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• HVAC experience and EPA Certifications required.
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents.
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, HVAC, pool care and groundskeeping tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents.
• Complete work orders quickly and with high‑quality results.
• Address emergencies as situations arise.
• Serve Fountain Parc and other Indianapolis area locations; may rotate to a different community daily.
