Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is hiring Maintenance Technicians across three levels to support the upkeep and readiness of housing communities. The role covers a range of trades, outdoor work, and potential mentorship for Level 3 technicians, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing skilled maintenance, and assisting with unit make-ready tasks including painting and flooring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work outside in all weather.
• DL number - valid driver’s license in state.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests including furnaces, HVAC, appliances, water heaters and solar tanks, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Performs skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith.
• Document all work and use PPE as required.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units including painting and flooring tasks.
• Perform emergency maintenance and safety repairs as needed.
