Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support housing communities. You will perform routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting while documenting repairs and ensuring safety.

Positions require physical work outdoors in all weather, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and handle make-ready tasks for vacated units. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Certification must be obtained within 180 days from hire.
• Experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for furnaces, AC systems, water heaters, plumbing, and other repairs.
• Perform skilled work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry with basic troubleshooting.
• Document all work and maintain equipment in ready condition.
• Follow safety practices and PPE guidelines during maintenance tasks.
• Mentor Level 3 technicians and assist others to improve operational efficiency.
