Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management firm, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, respond to work orders, inspect grounds and units, maintain the pool and chemical logs, and help manage inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community common areas and units and assist with repairs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurately.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and scheduling of maintenance/turn events.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
