Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance at our properties. You will respond to requests, perform turnovers, and maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities to Fitch Irick standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and EPA/CFC certification. The role is physically demanding and may require occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred or required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting (100+ lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete unit turnovers.
• Observe Fair Housing rules and regulations in all actions.
• Maintain safety logs per OSHA and company procedures.
• Document incidents and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
