Fitch Irick Corporation in Mocksville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance operations, respond to requests, and manage grounds, amenities, buildings, and common areas. The role supports compliance with applicable regulations and Fitch Irick policies.

Preferred candidates have an Associate’s Degree and EPA/CFC certifications; candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be prepared for occasional travel. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Physical ability to lift 100+ pounds and perform labor-intensive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Document incidents and maintenance reports per policy.
• Observe Fair Housing rules and regulations.
• Handle emergencies per Fitch Irick procedures.
• Manage storage, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Complete unit turnovers and maintain safety logs.
