Job summary

No prior experience required; EPA/CFC certifications preferred, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds on occasion and 50+ pounds frequently.
• Teamwork, integrity, and customer service mindset are essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize repairs.
• Complete unit turnovers and ensure vacant units are ready.
• Inspect grounds, amenities, units, and buildings for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Keep inventory of tools and supplies; maintain storage areas.
